1. General Terms
By purchasing or accessing any products or services from Charlotta Ingeborg Finland, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of:
Online Sound & Reiki Healing sessions (video and downloadable audio files for personal use).
Healing sessions (online or in-person).
Licensed music for businesses, projects, and events.
Live music medicine for spiritual gatherings, festivals, and performances.
Downloadable digital products, including printable affirmation sheets, for personal use.
All content, including audio, video, downloadable products, and live performance materials, is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Charlotta Ingeborg Finland. You are granted a limited license to use the purchased content under the conditions described below.
2. Personal Use (Individuals)
For online Sound & Reiki sessions, healing sessions, and downloadable digital products offered on our website:
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access, download, and enjoy the files.
You may download and use files across all of your personal devices.
Downloadable digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print them for your own use, incorporate them into your personal practices, or share your personal experiences with them.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or include the content in any product for commercial use.
Share the files with others, post them online, or upload them to any platform.
Alter, remix, or claim ownership of the content.
If you wish to use downloadable products in commercial projects or include them in products you plan to sell, please contact us at in**@***************rg.com for licensing options. Pricing and terms will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
This license is designed to allow you to fully enjoy and benefit from our digital products while protecting the intellectual property and creative work of Charlotta Ingeborg Finland.
3. Standard Royalty-Free Music License (Businesses)
When purchasing music for use in projects, events, or commercial activities, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the purchased music under the following terms:
Permitted Uses:
Incorporate licensed music into one end product or project, such as:
Background music for videos, podcasts, meditations, or apps.
Music for yoga classes, workshops, and wellness events.
Soundtracks for corporate videos, presentations, or social media content.
Music for live performances, festivals, or public gatherings (non-broadcast).
You may modify or adapt the music (e.g., trimming, looping, layering with other sounds) provided the use aligns with these terms.
There are no limits on audience size or views for online use (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Vimeo, websites, live events).
If producing content for a client, you may transfer the rights for that single end product to your client. Once transferred, you may not use the same license for other clients or projects without purchasing an additional license.
4. Restrictions
Under both personal and business licenses, you may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the music, session files, or downloadable digital products as standalone items.
Upload or register the music/content to content ID systems (e.g., YouTube Content ID).
Broadcast the music on traditional television, radio, or film (a separate broadcast license is required).
Use the content to create music remixes, albums, or releases under your name without express written permission.
Claim copyright, trademark, or other ownership of the music, sessions, or digital products.
Use the content in connection with unethical, harmful, or hateful material.
For large-scale distribution (e.g., more than 10,000 copies of a digital/physical end product), please contact us to discuss an extended license.
5. Broadcast & Extended Licensing
If you wish to use music in:
Television, film, or radio broadcasts.
Streaming platforms (Spotify, iTunes, etc.).
Large-scale commercial projects.

6. Live Music Medicine
For live events, ceremonies, concerts, or festivals, booking agreements will outline specific terms. Unless otherwise arranged, the performance content may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Ownership
All music, sound sessions, healing content, digital products, and performance works remain the intellectual property of Charlotta Ingeborg Finland. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights only and does not transfer ownership or copyright.
8. Termination
Violation of these terms may result in the revocation of your license, requiring you to remove or cease use of the content immediately.
